Rue-Ell Enterprises began as a handshake between two UC Berkeley classmates. Over fifty years later, Dave Ruegg and Bob Ellsworth's partnership has given rise to one of the most prominent commercial real estate portfolios in Berkeley. For the past twenty years; Dave and Bob have expanded their portfolio into Sacramento.
